What is a Family Portrait Session?
A family portrait is a more formal style of photography. There will still be plenty of opportunity for laughter and fun, but I will direct you through a series poses and family groupings to capture the perfect portraits. You can choose the location of Portrait Session and I have plenty of suggestions if you don’t have something in mind.
What is a Documentary Family Session?
Documentary family photography gives me a chance to capture your family, just as you are. Silly, serious, cuddly, competitive and everything in between. These sessions are focused on the random moments that tell your family’s story in this chapter of life.
What happens during a documentary session?
You live your life as though I’m a fly on the wall! I’ll hang out with you while your family spends time together doing whatever you choose. That may be Saturday morning pancakes, card games, or a kitchen dance party. If someone needs help loosening up, I may ask you to do something again or provide a small amount of direction.
What is a Mini Session
Mini sessions are short and sweet versions of a portrait session. I choose the location and you meet me there. Mini sessions are for immediate families, kids, graduating seniors, and maternity.
Do you offer prints?
YES! I believe pictures of your family should be enjoyed in books and on the walls of your home. I offer archival quality prints that will last for generations.
